Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for Australian orders. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check your delivery status at any time.
My tracking hasn't updated — is something wrong?
Tracking information can sometimes take 1–2 business days to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate right away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To start a return, contact our support team at support@novasupply-aus.store with your order number.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@novasupply-aus.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may only be possible within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at support@novasupply-aus.store and we'll do our best to help.
I entered the wrong shipping address — can you fix it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your shipping address. Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Products
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Nova Supply products come with a quality guarantee. If you experience any defects within 30 days of purchase, we'll replace or refund your order. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
