How to Start a Return

Email us at support@novasupply.store with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@novasupply.store with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned once opened. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.
